All in a space where legacy systems are involved that usually made the investment case for improvements hard to stack up. Using our expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), we helped our client take out manual processing from multiple areas from the manual entry of quotes from a new online distribution platform into a legacy policy administration system through to automating the acceptance testing process.

Overall entry time was reduced by over 30%; we significantly reduced error rates and acceptance testing moved from days to minutes. All this freeing up valuable business time for other activities
