A capability was required to sit on top of our client’s enterprise data warehouse, to enable the business performance management team to develop their own dashboards, without relying on the heavily-governed centralised BI function.
It needed to be easily accessible to diverse business users, by means of a visually engaging tool that provides real-time actionable insight. We ran a Proof of Concept, developed four digital dashboards across diverse sections of the organisation (finance, operations, customer experience management and order delivery), covering the prioritised use cases.
We are operating in a fully Agile / Lean mode, continuously iterating old dashboards while delivering new use cases, through our Discover.Visualise. Optimise (DVO) methodology. Business users are massively engaged, as they can now self-serve on reports, improve the insight extraction turnaround times, and boost revenue optimisation.
