Our client was already far along its digital transformation journey, with a multi-disciplinary online delivery unit already in place, but wanted to take its operations to the next level.

We helped the CIO and his team to understand the opportunities and challenges of multi-speed IT delivery and then design the operating model and organisation to achieve their goals.

From customer engagement, through architecture, partner and vendor management to the delivery factories and necessary governance and performance management, we delivered a set of content catalysts to kickstart the rollout of the new organisation.
